Bengal Tea & Fabrics has informed that the Independent Directors - Navin Nayar (DIN: 00136057) and Ashutosh Bhagat (DIN: 00059842) have second and final term and they ceased to be Independent Directors of the Company with effect from close of business hours on March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors and Management of the Company expressed deep appreciation and gratitude towards them for their extensive contribution and stewardship for their extensive contribution and stewardship. The details as required under SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 is given in Annexure A to this letter.
