Kabra Commercial informs about closure of trading window
Kabra Commercial has informed that pursuant to the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ (i.e. period to deal in the Securities of the Company) will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till the end of 48 (working) hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending 31st March, 2026, for all Designated Persons (‘DPs’) of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting shall be informed in due course. The same shall be available on the company's website at www.kcl.net.in.
