Pricol informs about disclosure
Pricol has informed that 23,65,360 (1.94%) Equity Shares of Pricol held by Sagittarius Investments was transferred to the Company, pursuant to amalgamation of Sagittarius Investments with Shrimay Enterprises as approved by Hon’ble NCLT vide its order dated 10th March 2026. Subsequent to the said transaction, the shareholding of the Company in Pricol is 26,10,160 (2.14%) equity shares. Requisite disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 is enclosed.
