In compliance with the Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Indian Oil Corporation has informed that, Dr. Alok Sharma, Director (Research & Development), (DIN-10453982) has superannuated from the services of the Company on 31st March 2026 and hence ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from 1st April 2026.
