In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code of Conduct of the Company, HCP Plastene Bulkpack has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) with effect from April 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results for the period ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for the consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the period ended on 31.03.2026 shall be communicated in due course of time.
