Adani Enterprises surges as its arm acquires 100% stake in SKYIWAVE
Consequently, SKYIWAVE has become a wholly owned subsidiary of AAHL and a step-down subsidiary of the company effective March 30, 2026
Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 1837.20, up by 77.55 points or 4.41% from its previous closing of Rs. 1759.65 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1836.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1848.00 and Rs. 1802.55 respectively. So far 52964 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2,611.46 on 23-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1753.45 on 30-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1910.70 and Rs. 1753.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 236922.83 crore.

Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Airport Holdings (AAHL) has executed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with SKYIWAVE and its existing shareholders for acquisition of 100% equity shares in SKYWAVE on March 30, 2026.
On the same day, AAHL has completed the acquisition process and taken over the operational control of SKYIWAVE. The cost of the said acquisition is Rs 3 crore. The object of acquisition is to operate and maintain OOH advertising, hoardings, and innovative media solutions. Consequently, SKYIWAVE has become a wholly owned subsidiary of AAHL and a step-down subsidiary of the company effective March 30, 2026.
