Jatalia Global Ventures has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company and their Immediate Relatives from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the fourth Quarter ending March 31,2026. The date of the COC meeting for consideration and approval of the financial results will be intimated in due course.
