Lehar Footwears informs about closure of trading window
Lehar Footwears has informed that in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, regarding trading restriction period as amended, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their Relatives covered under the code prescribed by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 with effect from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026 will be intimated separately.
