Pursuant to the BSE clarification letter dated April 2nd, 2019 and in terms of Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Mauria Udyog has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company, by the designated persons, is closed with effect from April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of Board meeting to be held for considering & approving the Audited Financial Result for the fourth- quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026 of financial-year 2025-26. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of Financial Results for the fourth-quarter & year ended on March 31, 2026 of financial-year 2026-26 will be intimated in due course of time.
