SRF informs about closure of trading window
SRF has informed that in line with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders in the securities of SRF read with the provisions of the Clause 4 of Schedule B of Regulation 9 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31.03.2026. The date of the Board Meeting in which results would be considered shall be intimated in due course.
