BLB informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and NSE and BSE Circulars, BLB has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain closed for all Insiders including Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Designated Persons are being intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
