Pradeep Metals has informed that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from April 1, 2026 for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s).
