Media Matrix Worldwide informs about trading window closure
Media Matrix Worldwide has informed that in compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ('PIT Regulations') and the Company's ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons’ (the Code), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all Designated Persons, including their immediate relatives and other insiders, as per the Code, shall remain closed with effect from March 31, 2026, for the purpose of consideration of the Audited Financial Results, both standalone and consolidated, for the 04th quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026, and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company.
