Raasi Refractories has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of Company will remain closed from Wednesday, the 01st Day of April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for quarter ended 31st March, 2026. Intimation regarding the notice of Board Meeting to be held to consider and approve the Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st March, 2026 shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchanges. Further, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period.
