Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, read with the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, Rishi Laser has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the Company's designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 01st April, 2026 upto 48 hours from declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.
