Kallam Textiles informs about closure of trading window
As per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insider’s and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, Kallam Textiles has informed that the trading window of the Company is closed for dealing in company's securities by designated persons, from 1st April , 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st March, 2026, to the Stock Exchange. All the designated persons including (Directors) of the Company are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
