Keerthi Industries has informed that in accordance with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022 and pursuant to Regulation 39 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent- XL Softech System on behalf of the Company has issued ‘Letter of Confirmation’ in lieu of the issue of duplicate share certificate request received from the shareholder.
