Mazda informs about trading window closure
Mazda has informed that the Trading Window of the Company will be closed for the Promoters, Directors and Designated employees with effect from Thursday, 2nd April, 2026 and will continue to remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results for the Fourth quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. Accordingly, the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives were being intimated not to trade in the securities of the company during the closure of trading window period.
