Avro India informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and as per Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Avro India has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of Board meeting for consideration and approval of Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
