Noida Toll Bridge Company has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company, the Trading Window for dealings in the shares of the company shall remain closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2026. Accordingly, the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2026 will be intimated in due course. Further, pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, the PAN of designated persons of the Company will be freezed by National Securities Depository (Designated Depository) for trading in securities of the Company during the said window closure period.
