Softtech Engineers has informed that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereunder and the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report, the trading window for dealing in securities/shares of the Company will be closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives(s) from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours from declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
