FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per March 25 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Wednesday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 13977.92 crore against gross selling of Rs 21193.30 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 7215.38 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1021.37 crore with gross sales of Rs 2467.73 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1446.36 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 354.14 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 621.28 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 470.94 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 26.09 crore against gross selling of Rs 179.81 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 153.72 crore in hybrid segment.
