Classic Electricals has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended & Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading in its securities, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2026.
