Kiduja India has informed that in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by the insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window will be closed with effect from 01st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2026.
