Kopran informs about closure of trading window
In compliance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended and pursuant to the Company’s ‘Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information’, Kopran has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2026 till forty eight hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth Quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for inter-alia considering and approving the Audited financial results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter ended and year ended on March 31, 2026 would be intimated in due course.
