Hind Rectifiers informs about appointment of SMP
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Para A(7) of Part A of III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) as amended from time to time, Hind Rectifiers has informed that the Company has appointed Chidambaram Balakrishnan as Chief Global Growth Officer and Senior Management Personnel (‘SMP’) of the Company, with effect from March 23, 2026. The detailed information as required under SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is attached as Annexure A.
