Alfa Transformers informs about trading window closure
Alfa Transformers has informed that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report the trading by the Insiders/Designated Persons, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from April 1, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with Stock Exchanges. The date of meeting of the Board to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026 will be informed in due course.
