Winsome Textile Industries has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of SEBI Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall be closed for all its director(s), KMP’s, designated person(s), connected person(s) and their immediate relatives with effect from 01st April 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.
