Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereon and in compliance with Company's Insider Trading Code, Navkar Corporation has informed that the ‘Trading Window ‘of the Company will remain closed with effect from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2026 will be intimated separately.
