(P) (CIN:U70101MH1984PTC034405) seeking reclassification of its status from the ‘Promoter/Promoter Group’ category to the 'Public' category pursuant to Regulation 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (Listing Regulations). As of the date of this intimation, Sim Prabha Estates & Trading Co. (P) Ltd. does not hold any shares in the Company. The Company shall undertake the necessary procedures to ensure compliance with the provisions of Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations.
