The Shipping Corporation of India informs about closure of trading window period
In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and SCI’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, The Shipping Corporation of India has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the company (SCI) shall remain closed from 1st April, 2026 up-to forty-eight hours after declaration of financial results of the Company to Stock Exchanges for the Quarter and Financial Year ending 31st March, 2026. During the said closure of Trading Window, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the securities of the Company.
