Piccadily Agro Industries has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of relatives will remain closed for Designated Persons of the Company and their Audited with effect from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Financial Year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of consideration of the aforesaid Financial Results shall be intimated in due course. Regulations Accordingly, all the Designated persons and their relatives and other Insiders under the PIT are directed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
