Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Company's code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo has informed that the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of Audited Financial results for the fourth quarter/ year ending March 31, 2026. The date of Board meeting in which the financial results are to be approved will be informed in due course.
