Rajeshwari Cans informs about closure of trading window
In terms of the Internal Code of Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, Rajeshwari Cans has informed that the trading window for dealing in the Company's securities shall remain closed for the promoters, directors, senior managerial personnel along with their immediate relatives and other connected persons of the Company from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the half year and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for approval of stated audited financial result shall be intimated separately.
