Quick Heal Technologies has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from April 1, 2026 and shall be opened 48 hours after declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve aforesaid financial results will be intimated separately.
