Adhata Global has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company shall remained closed from April 01, 2026 until completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
