Further, in terms of Company's ‘Code of Internal Procedures & Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of trading by Insiders’ framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, for dealing in the securities of the Company, would remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the conclusion of the above said meeting.
