Optiemus Infracom informs about closure of trading window
Optiemus Infracom has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
