Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, Landmarc Leisure Corporation has informed that Mahadevan Ramanathan Kavassery has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of March 21, 2026. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is provided in Annexure A. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Chief Financial Officer that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those which are provided in the resignation letter. The Letter of Resignation along with detailed reasons for resignation is enclosed as Annexure B.
