They were provided with the required information or document and no further action or order was passed. For the purpose, it has enclosed the details as required under the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with 19(a) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November, 11, 2024, details attached as Annexure I.
