As per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) and in compliance with circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 issued by BSE and in respect of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders for prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity shares, RO Jewels has informed that, the ‘Trading Window' of the Company, shall remain closed for all the designated persons/ employees of the Company (including their immediate relatives) with effect from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2026, will be communicated separately in due course.
