Hindoostan Mills informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, from time to time and in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Hindoostan Mills has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain close for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, from April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of Board Meeting to be held for considering and approving the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026 shall be intimated in due course.
