Craftsman Automation has informed that the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Coimbatore (PCIT) has pronounced an order dated 20th March, 2026, under section 263 of the Income Tax Act, 1961, directing the AO to disallow Rs 5.30 Crore with respect to the returned income for the Assessment Year 2022-23.
