Ravi Kumar Distilleries informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended (‘SEBI PIT Regulations’), and the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders (‘Code’) of company, Ravi Kumar Distilleries has informed that the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall be closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, for the Designated Persons, their Immediate Relatives, and for the Connected Persons of the Company. The same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the aforesaid financial results will be intimated in due course.
