Lead Financial Services has informed that the Company has made all necessary disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and there is no undisclosed information, announcement, or event (including any impending event) which, in our opinion, may have a bearing on the price movement in the Company’s scrip. They further stated that the movement in the price of the Company’s shares appears to be purely due to market conditions and apparently market driven, and the Company has no control over such movement and is not aware of any specific reason for the same.
