Goa Carbon informs about closure of trading window
Goa Carbon has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the Company's securities viz. Equity Shares, will remain closed from 22nd March 2026 (i.e. 10 days prior to the end of the respective quarter) The trading window shall be opened 48 hours after the Financial Results for the quarter / year ended 31st March 2026 are made public.
