Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Earkart has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 30th March 2026 to consider and approve the following agenda: a. Variation in the Objects/terms of utilization of the Initial Public Offering (‘IPO’) proceeds and extension of time limit for utilization of the IPO proceeds.
