Inter Globe Finance informs about closure of trading window
Inter Globe Finance has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Schedule B of the SEBI (Prehibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and the Company's ‘Code of Conduct and Code of Fair Disclosure’, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all designated Persons, shall remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter (Q4) & year ended 31 March, 2026 shall be intimated separately in due course.
