Brief Profile of Krishna Kumar Thakur is enclosed at Annexure - A. Disclosure of relationship inter se between Directors: None of the other Directors on the Board of the company are related to Krishna Kumar Thakur. The company has affirmed that Krishna Kumar Thakur is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
