The MoU reflects the Parties’ shared intent to drive innovation, operational resilience, and sustainable growth through a long-term partnership approach.
As part of the MoU, the parties will combine ABB’s leadership in electrification and automation with TCS’ global technology and delivery capabilities across key collaboration areas, including IT infrastructure and application transformation, AI and factory modernization, and AI infrastructure development opportunities.
